I almost never write reviews, but Dean at Aire Serv deserves one.  Dean is competency to the level of craftsman.  He knows his stuff and successfully navigated some tricky terrain for us.  Service quality is throwback to a golden era when companies actually appreciated clients.  No hustle, no hassle, no upsells.  Dean sent us pictures everyday of the work completed.  Prepped the place to protect our stuff and cleaned up every day.  On time, on schedule, on budget.  Highly recommend if you need high quality service executed. I highly recommend Aire Serv! I called them for a second opinion after another HVAC company told me I needed to replace my entire system.

Senior Service Technician Dean showed up 1.5 hours after my call, he was honest, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Instead of trying to sell me a new HVAC system, he found that my furnace was actually working very well and only needed proper maintenance.

They saved me from spending thousands of dollars on what appears to have been an unnecessary replacement, saved me from a HVAC scam!

I rarely write reviews. However, my experience with Aire Serv of Lake Oswego was so positive I am compelled to write a review. First, no matter who I dealt with - Amber, Andrea, Colin (sp?), or Dean - everyone was courteous, professional, and focused on service quality. From the very beginning and throughout the onsite HVAC installation experience, Dean was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly, and extremely competent. In fact, after Dean came out for his initial visit to assess things my wife commented "I really like him ... he seemed very nice ...". After assessing our situation, Dean provided us with a couple of options to consider and he walked through each one is as much detail as I needed. Dean is the customer-facing "face" of the Company and his knowledge, experience, and communication skills gave me confidence he would help us and be looking out for our interests. Dean was exceptional, exhibited  a sense of urgency, and navigated the process with professionalism. Amber and Andrea were very responsive and a pleasure to work with. We couldn't be more pleased. I've now used Aire Serv for two major HVAC installations, and both experiences have been excellent. A few years ago, they installed a new gas furnace and heat pump at my home, and most recently they installed a new gas furnace and AC system at a rental house that I own.

The reason I came back to Aire Serv was Dean. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and easy to work with. He clearly understands HVAC systems and does a great job helping customers understand their options without any pressure. Knowing I could rely on his expertise made the decision easy when I needed work done at my rental property.

The recent rental installation presented some scheduling challenges because other contractors were repairing water damage at the same time. Dean and the Aire Serv team were very accommodating and worked with me to coordinate around the changing schedule. We were having problems with our furnace. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the technician arrived within the scheduled service window. The technician was professional and very knowledgeable.
